About Us...

Avery Cole has been serving that community since first opening its doors in l969. Families have grown up with us, children and even grandchildren of those first clients walk today through the same doors into the same high street offices.

Yes, we are still there, still in Victoria Road, next door to the bookshop, giving you, today’s client – service from a time when the customer really did matter.

Today, the Principal of Avery Cole is Christopher Watts, a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and with 30 years experience, carries on the Company tradition with local knowledge built in Surbiton since 1991.
